No? Then you should consider investing in one. (We have this one, and it works well. If I had extra money laying around, I would buy this one. My mom has it, and it’s the bomb.)
Yes? Then you should make this juice asap. I call it “C Is For Carrot” because it’s full of vitamin c and also carrots, obviously.
- 5 carrots
- 3 oranges
- 1/2 sweet potato
- 1/2 lemon (or whole, if you like things extra lemony, which I often do)
- ginger chunk (“Chunk” is a standard unit of measurement the circumference of a quarter and a 1/4 inch thick. I think.)

Sweet potato? I must try this!
It can leave a bit of a chalky finish if you use too much, but I really enjoy it otherwise! Beets are delicious too!
